Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
Supio is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and manage our content marketing strategy. In this role you will create and promote content that attracts, engages, and converts customers to Supio. The ideal person for this role is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and excels in working across channels and teams in an ambiguous environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market and customer research to develop an ICP portrait, identify ICP needs, and define competitive landscape, competitive positioning, and industry trends.
- Develop a customer purchase journey to identify opportunities to reach our ICPs at the right time, on the right channel, with the right message
- Product Messaging & Positioning Foundations:
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging foundations that resonate with ICPs
- Develop a distinct tone of voice & copy guidelines
- Content Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy and content calendar for 2025
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities.
- Develop customer testimonials and case studies
- Written Content: Create high-quality, engaging written content, including Blog posts, Case studies, Content Syndication, Product guides, and social media posts.
- Video Content: Produce engaging video content, including Customer story videos, Product demos and tutorials, Webinars, and Short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Sales Enablement:
- Equip the sales team with the necessary collateral to effectively sell Supio products
- Create sales presentations, product demos, and other resources to support the sales process.
- Podcast Content: Develop a podcast series with customers and experts in the legal AI field
- Content Measurement and Analysis: track and analyze key content performance metrics across all formats: website traffic and engagement, social media reach and interactions, lead generation and conversion rates. Utilize data insights to optimize the content strategy and improve overall results continuously.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure that content aligns with business objectives, customer needs, and product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a strong understanding of different content formats and their respective best practices.
- Experience in video production and editing, including knowledge of video editing software.
- Familiarity with podcast creation and production workflows.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.
- Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
- Familiarity with the legal industry and legal software.
- Graphic design skills for creating visually appealing content assets.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms for content promotion

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is: SF Bay Area salary range of $135,000 – $189,000 and Seattle range of $133,000 – $183,000 range. This role is also eligible for stock options. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
