Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team? 

The Recruiting Coordinator will play an integral role in the recruiting process at Supio, managing the administrative scheduling coordination and logistics aspects of the hiring process. In addition, the Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruiting team by managing communication with candidates and stakeholders, often acting as the first point of contact for candidates and providing a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with stakeholders on calendar availability 
  • Own execution communication and confirmation of all interview activity throughout candidate cycle, ensuring excellent candidate experience with prompt follow-up and high-quality communication. 
  • Proactively provide status updates to Recruiting team and all stakeholders to confirm interview schedules. 
  • Act as main point of contact for all on-site candidate interviews, ensuring adherence with interview schedule. 
  • Under guidance of Recruiting team, create Linkedin sourcing projects as needed, building knowledge bases of sourcing techniques. 
  • Attend new position kick-off meetings and provide scheduling insight as needed to drive positive candidate experience. 
  • Understand scheduling metrics and provide weekly updates on scheduling activity to People team. 
  • Make ongoing process recommendations for continuous improvement of recruiting process development at Supio. 
  • Complete other ad hoc administrative projects as needed. 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • Bachelor’s degree required and/or relevant industry experience. 
  • 1+ year’s experience as a Recruiting or Talent Coordinator with a start-up or enterprise organization. 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with O365 and ability to learn ATS navigation. 
  • Ability to maintain professionalism with candidates and stakeholders, serving as Supio brand ambassador throughout the hiring process. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow in an ambiguous work environment. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision on task deadlines and initiate solutions to solve complex scheduling issues. 

Preferred 

  • Previous startup experience.  
  • Interest in AI or legaltech.

Compensation 

The base salary range for this position in the selected region is $60,000-70,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
