What Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?

We’re in search of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify and nurture inbound leads, and work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion. You will leverage your skills to engage prospects, understand their needs, and set the stage for successful sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Quickly and effectively qualify inbound leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile before passing them to the Supio sales team. You will share information about Supio and ask questions about the prospect’s business intentions

  • Inbound Lead Management: Respond to and engage with inbound leads through various channels (e.g., email, phone, chat) and provide timely and relevant information. Discern propensity to buy and forward good potential leads to the Sales team to pursue.

  • Account-Based Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute account-based marketing strategies, including personalized outreach and targeted campaigns.

  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to maintain engagement with prospects throughout their decision-making process.

  • Data Management: Accurately record and track lead interactions and pipeline progress in our CRM system to ensure data integrity and support reporting.

  • Feedback Loop: Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and assist in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors in marketing, communications or other relevant field

  • Prior experience working in customer service, sales, or marketing

  • A driven, enthusiastic and hard-working nature

  • The ability to form strong business relationships

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $25.00/hour – $30.00/hour + quarterly performance bonuses.
